What is this program?

Navigate to the event you are interested in, then click Join. You will then be walked through the join process.

Sign up or find a team, link your Metalstorm account, and fill out any other requirements in order to join!

How do I sign up or find a team?

Know who you want to play with? Look for their team or create a new team and invite them!

Already invited your teammates? Make sure they accept the invite, as it is required to play! Incomplete teams will be unable to participate.

No team yet? Reserve your spot by creating a team, finding an open team, or join as a Free Agent to indicate you are available!

Can I register for an event in any region?

This is a factor that is up to the organizer of the event. Organizers will list any region restrictions or expectations in the “Rules” section of the event description.

How do I check in?

Check In is an additional step prior to the start of an event, which requires that teams mark themselves as present.

Navigate to the event and look for a Check In Start time in the Overview. If there is none listed, there is no Check In required.

Team captains are responsible for checking in their team. Once Check In starts, a Check In button will appear on the event for the team captain to click.

How do I find my match?

Confirm the Metalstorm account you linked is the same one you intend to play with, and exit all games and lobbies before the bracket starts.

Make sure your Party settings are set to “Allow Party Invites From: All Players”, and do not Decline the in-game party invitation.

The event organizer will ensure each player is invited to the lobby.

Can I ban aircraft?

Bans and other rules will be handled by the Rules section of each tournament, set by the tournament organizer.

I have a problem playing in an event. What should I do?

If you are experiencing any issues, such as not receiving an invite to your match, use the “Call Admin” button found within your bracket match.

If the organizer has instructed you to use another mode of communication, such as Discord, then reach out to them there.

How do I collect my winnings?

Winnings can be cashed out in your Profile, found in the upper right corner of the Matcherino website. Navigate to your Wallet and select PayPal or Bank cash out.

If you’ve earned a Winner icon, it will be granted to your Metalstorm account within two weeks.
